This spiritual retreat will deepen and further your understanding and experience of the spiritual path both practically and theoretically.
Oshana will reveal important details of his cutting-edge Enlightenment
seeker development model. He will explain exactly how the ego/false
identity tragically controls an individual thus preventing them
from being natural, living in the moment and experiencing life
as it really is.
More importantly, Oshana will reveal the road to freedom, the exact processes which liberate one from the manipulative hold of the ego. Through the practices of Oshana interactive-dialogue, Energy-Work Method, purification and Transmission you will directly experience release from internal energy-blockages and the mental-emotional ties that bind.
Finally, by safely weakening the ego's most pernicious illusions you will find the enlightenment in your present body and liberation of the self.

How Can You Prepare Yourself?
The ideal preparation for an Oshana Enlightenment Retreat involves a process of attending shorter length Oshana teaching events, by this method your understanding, experience and ability to handle transformation is developed in a sensible way.
Generally, applicants would minimally have attended a one 1-day Spiritual Intensive to develop their theoretical understanding and familiarity with the transformative effects of Transmission. Applicants would have started purifying their minds, emotions and bodies by practising the Oshana Energy-Work Method and improving their diet and lifestyle (see Intensive Preparation).
Overseas seekers who have not been prepare by attending shorter length teaching events may still be able to apply through the Gateway to Enlightenment (Transmission Preparation Process) . However, this process must be started as soon as possible as it can take several weeks to complete, and is only available if Oshana has time.
Schedules
The Retreat starts with dinner on Friday night around 18:00 and end after lunch around 14:00 on Sunday. The actual in-class teaching times will vary depending on the needs of the group as directed by Oshana.
Oshana Energy-Work instruction will happen most mornings and might start as early as 05:00. Sometimes question and answers and meditation sessions continue through to the early morning.
Meals times will generally be at 09:00, 13:00 and 18:00 depending on teaching times.
Oshana commits to teaching a minimum average of 6-hours per full day although he has often taught 2-3 times more.
Retreat Environment
Our teaching venue and accommodation are in an old school which has been converted into a healing studies center in a rural farming area about one hour from Helsinki. There is a traditional Finnish sauna-house (though we might not have time to use it). Our kitchen will provide natural, macrobiotic and organic foods according to Oshana recommendations where possible. We sometimes use the local forest for walks and energy-work.
The Retreat Price Includes
The basic fee of 240€ includes all teaching, accommodation and meals. Single and double rooms are sometimes available for a relatively small extra supplement. Some Finnish retreat venues charge a small supplement for sheets and towels.
Orientation and Travel
The Retreat is about one hour from Helsinki by car and slightly longer by bus. We can often arrange a car lift from the local bus-station, and sometimes from Helsinki. Full orientation information, travel arrangements and details of accommodation for overseas students (planning to stay longer) will be emailed to confirmed applicants about one week before the Retreat.
