A 3 hour class in candy-land Karkkila in a big kitchen next to a lake. I will demonstrate my unique way of cooking and explain the principles of medicinal cooking, taste and energy.
To get ready for this experience you should start eating fresh foods and drinking many litres of pure water everyday. Some general advice can be found here Intensive Preparation.
